How reporting is intended to work
Clear context and traceable updates.
When verified projects begin, records will distinguish plans from results and public campaign money from project spending.
01 · Open the record
Publish the verified purpose, scope, location, timeline, responsibilities and approved budget.
02 · Update the record
Add dated progress and received or spent amounts only when appropriate documentation is available.
03 · Close the record
Report final spending, outcomes, supporting evidence, lessons and anything left incomplete.
Corrections belong in the record
If a published figure or detail needs correction, the revised information should be dated and explained rather than silently replaced.
Evidence before claims
Photos, documents and figures should support the update being made.
Privacy before publicity
Transparency should not expose sensitive identities or personal circumstances.
Donation safety
If it is not published here, it is not official.
TNBD Foundation has no public donation campaign or official online payment channel today. Please do not send money to a personal account, mobile number or payment link claiming to represent the Foundation.
Anti-fraud note: Any future official campaign and payment route will be announced on tnbdfoundation.org with a matching project record. If you receive a suspicious request, verify it with us before taking action.
